BJJ and MMA Athletes need to be strong, fast, and flexible, on top of being proficient at their craft. I have seen a lot of athletes using programs that are meant for athletes in other sports. Body building or power lifting styles of training that do not translate well to OUR sport. I know because I've been there. With that being said I've created a program unique to BJJ and MMA training, but can also translate to the average person looking to become more athletic.
